How can an expense cardholder request a replacement card?

If an expense card is lost or stolen, the steps to request a replacement depend on the type of card:

  • Physical cards: These can be cancelled and re-ordered directly by the cardholder Online.
  • Virtual cards: These can be cancelled by the cardholder, but only the super user (admin) can issue a replacement. If a virtual card needs to be replaced, the cardholder should contact their super user to request a new one.
