Virtual cards are available instantly once they’re created in your online banking dashboard - your team member can start using them right away.
Physical cards usually arrive within a few working days. After you create the card, the team member will receive an email asking them to set a PIN and confirm their delivery address. As soon as that’s done, we’ll pop their card in the post.
Keep in mind, if you are setting up a new user, card-only users can be created instantly. If you want to give the new user more permissions, we may need to do some identity checks first.
If you're adding a new user, you can create them as a card-only user instantly. However, card-only users cannot be upgraded later. If the user may need additional permissions in the future, we recommend setting them up with the required access via User Management first and then ordering an expense card for them. This may require identity verification.
