How do I sync my Allica Bank Business Rewards Account or Savings Pot with Sage?

To sync your Allica Bank current account or Savings Pot with Sage, log into your Sage account and go to the ‘Banking’ section of your dashboard. 

If you haven’t already, you will need to set up an Allica Bank account within your Sage account. This is where your Allica Bank transactions will appear. If you’d like to connect both your current account and Savings Pot, you will need to do this twice. To do so, click ‘Create’ in the top right-hand corner and follow the instructions. When naming the account, we recommend specifying if it’s your current account or Savings Pot you’re connecting. 

Next: 

  1. Click on your newly-created Allica Bank account.

  2. Select ‘Connect to bank’.A screenshot of a computer

  3. Search for ‘Allica Bank’ and click on ‘Allica Bank (Beta)’.
  4. You’ll then be prompted to log in to you Allica Bank account.
  5. Now, select whether you want to connect your Business Rewards Account or your Savings Pot, and click ‘Give access’.
  6. Next, you will be redirected to your Sage account, where you’ll also need to choose whether you want to connect your Business Rewards Account or your Savings Pot.A screenshot of a computer

  7. Finally, you’ll be asked to choose the date from which you’d like to import your Allica Bank transactions, up to a maximum of 90 days.  

Click ok and then you're done! Your chosen accounts should now be synced with Sage. Your transactions will show in the bank account you just set up within 30 minutes of when the connection was made.
