My QuickBooks connection needs renewing – what do I do?

If you’ve received an email from QuickBooks asking you to renew your connection with Allica, you’ll need to do this directly in QuickBooks. Log in to your QuickBooks account and follow the steps to renew your bank feed connection. 

Once renewed, your transactions should continue to sync as normal.
