How do I sync my Allica Bank Business Rewards Account or Savings Pot with Xero?

There are two things you need to do to sync your Allica Bank current account or Savings Pot with Xero.
First, you’ll need to create bank accounts on your Xero dashboard. This is where your Allica Bank transactions will appear. If you’d like to connect both your current account and Savings Pot, you’ll need to do this twice. To do so, follow these steps:
- From your Xero dashboard, select the accounting tab, then click add bank account.
- Select Add without bank feed, in the top-right corner
- Enter the account details. In account name, specify whether it’s your Business Rewards Account or Savings Pot.
- Select add account.
Next, you’ll need to set up the connection from your Allica Bank online banking (you can’t currently do this using our app). To do so:
- Log in to your Allica Bank account at www.allica.bank
- Select the account you want to sync to Xero and click on manage account.
- Under apps and integrations, find Xero and select connect now, then connect.
- Log in to Xero if prompted and choose Allica Bank from the drop-down and select allow access.
- Choose which bank account to sync your Allica Bank transactions to – this is the Xero account you created earlier. Click connect next to each account.
Your chosen accounts should now be synced with Xero, with transactions from the last 90 days showing in the bank account you just set up.
