How do I pay someone new?

To pay a new payee, select the ‘Payments’ tab on the Allica Bank app or in online banking and follow the prompts to make a payment.

Keep in mind, when setting up a new payee, you will need to confirm your identity using the Allica Bank app on your mobile phone.
