How do I view, amend, or cancel Direct Debits and standing orders?
To view your Direct Debits and standing orders, open the app or log in to online banking, go to ‘Payments’ and then click on ‘Scheduled’. There you’ll be able to see all upcoming and scheduled payments.
To cancel a Direct Debit, go to ‘Payments’ and find the payment in the ‘Upcoming Direct Debits’ section and cancel.
If you need to change a standing order, go to ‘Payments’, find the payment in the ‘Upcoming scheduled’ and amend.
