My card is lost or stolen – what should I do?

The first thing you should do is ‘Freeze’ your card, which can be done either in the Allica Bank app or Online Banking on the ‘Cards’ tab. This will instantly prevent your card from being used. You can also choose to cancel and replace your card, if you wish. A replacement should take three to five working days to arrive.
