My card isn’t working – what should I do?
If your card isn’t working, get in touch with our customer service team on 0330 094 3333 or email them at customerservice@allica.bank – they’ll be able to put things right. It’s possible your card has been blocked due to suspected fraudulent activity, your card is damaged, or you entered the wrong PIN number too many times.
If this is the first time you’re using your card, make sure you have activated it in the ‘Cards’ section of the Allica Bank app.
