My card isn’t working – what should I do?
There could be a number of reasons why your card isn't working, such as your card being damaged or you have entered the PIN too many times. It's also possible your card has been blocked due to suspected fraudulent activity.
If this is the first time you’ve used your card, please make sure you have activated it in the ‘Cards’ section of the Allica Bank app.
If you have used your card before and you're unsure why the card isn't working, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist.
