What should I do if I don’t recognise a payment coming from my account?
It’s possible you could be the victim of fraud. The first thing you should do is ‘Freeze’ your card, which can be done either in the Allica Bank app or online banking on the ‘Cards’ tab. This will instantly prevent your card from being used.
Then, immediately call our customer service team on 0330 094 3333 – they’ll be able to help you. Alternatively, if this happens outside our opening hours (Monday to Friday (excl. Wednesday) from 9.00am to 5.00pm, and Wednesday 9.30am to 5.00pm), please contact VISA on 0800 891 725 – this is a 24/7 service.
