Why do I need the Allica Bank app?
If you prefer to manage your account on the web, don’t worry – you can easily manage your account using Online Banking. However, to perform some actions, such as adding a new payee, viewing your card PIN or ordering a new card, we will require you to open the Allica Bank app and confirm your identity.
This is to help keep your account secure and we do this using your phone’s biometric authentication (such as FaceID).
