Can I change or remove a user?
Yes – A Super User or custom user with ‘Manage users and permissions’ can manage, update or remove users and their permissions at any time via ‘User management’ in online banking.
Keep in mind that a Super User cannot remove the access of another Super User in online banking and should contact us if this is required.
