Can I give someone different permissions on different accounts?

Yes. For example, you could give someone full access to all functionality on your main Business Rewards Account but only the ability to view on a secondary account. When a user has different permission combinations across accounts, their role will automatically be shown as ‘Custom’ in the user list.
