How can I choose what size payment needs approval?

You can set the size of the payment that will need approval in your payment approval settings.

You can even require different levels of approval for different size of payments. For example, you may decide that any payment over £5,000 needs a single approval. While any payment above £50,000 will need dual approvals.

If you want every payment from the account to require an approval, then you can set the payment approval threshold to zero.
