How can I start a live chat?

You can start a Live Chat with our Customer Services team in online banking, either from within the Help section, or by clicking the blue chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of any page. 

They are available Monday to Friday (excl. Wednesday) from 9.00am to 5.00pm, and Wednesday 9.30am to 5.00pm.
