How do I cancel my international payment?
If the money has not already been sent to the ultimate recipient, we may be able to cancel the transfer. Please contact Allica’s Customer Services on 0330 094 3333 to discuss the cancellation.
If the money has been sent to the ultimate recipient, it will not be possible to refund the transaction.
