How do I log in to online banking using the mobile app?
If you have downloaded and logged in to the Allica mobile app, you will then be able to use this device to approve logins to online banking.
During login for online banking, after inputting your username & password, select the registered mobile device you wish to authenticate with. You will then receive a notification to this device, which, when opened, will give you the option to approve the login to online banking.
Please ensure that you have also enabled notifications for the Allica app within your device settings.
