How do I set up payment approvals?
Your payment approval settings can be managed by a user with ‘Super User’ or ‘manage account settings’ permissions. This can be done online or in the app on your settings page.
You will need to have at least two users with online banking access.
To approve a payment, a user will need to have ‘Approve payment’ permissions, which is available to Super User, Approver or Custom roles. You can find more detail on the user permissions at Online Banking User Permissions
