My circumstances have changed. Do I need to let you know?

Only if you feel your change in circumstances might affect any agreements you have with us. If it's something simple like letting us know about a change of address, most customers will be able to change their home or correspondence addresses from within the Personal Information Settings in online or mobile banking. If this is not available, please message us from within the Help section of online or mobile banking with the details of your new address.

You can do that here

If your change in circumstances affects your finances, then feel free to contact us. By letting us know, we can work together to assess your current financial products and make any necessary adjustments.

Customer vulnerability

Recognising customer vulnerability is an important priority for us, especially when circumstances change. Vulnerability can arise from various situations such as illness, disability, age, or a significant life event. If you feel vulnerable and believe your situation has made you susceptible to financial difficulties, please contact us. Our team is trained to provide additional support and we will do our best to tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
