How can I change my nominated account?

The quickest way to change your nominated account is to log in to online banking and send us a message using our secure messaging service asking for it to be changed. 

You will be asked to upload a recent bank statement (dated within three months) from the account you want to become your nominated account. One we have verified the information we will update your nominated account. 

We recommend doing this with online banking rather than by email, otherwise we will need to verify your identity to prevent fraud.
