How do I close my account?

Account closures are subject to the terms and conditions of your account e.g.
  • for a notice account the notice period must be served before funds can be withdrawn and the account closed.
  • for a fixed term account you will need to wait until the maturity date/ the fixed term ends.
To request a withdrawal, simply log in to our online banking service. Please note, this is not currently available via the mobile app.
