One month before your fixed-term deposit matures, we will email you asking you to log into your Online Banking to let us know what you'd like to do with your money on maturity.
If you don't let us know what you want to do with your money before maturity, it will be moved into a holding account, with a lower rate of interest. It will remain in this account until you provide instructions on what you'd like us to do next through your Online Banking.
