What are payment approvals?
To help protect your account, you can set up payment approvals so that all payments above a certain amount have to be approved by specified individuals before they can go ahead.
You can customise your payment approvals to your business needs:
- 
choose whether you will require one or two approvers.
 - 
choose the size of the payment that your business will require approval for.
 
Your payment approval settings can be managed by a user with ‘Super User’ or ‘manage account settings’ permissions. This can be done online or in the app on your settings page.
