What happens if I don’t take any action before my physical card expires?

If you don’t manually renew: 

• We’ll automatically send a new physical card to your registered business address 30 days before expiry. 

• Your current card will continue to work until its expiry date, or until you activate the new card, whichever comes first. 

• Once the new card is activated, your old card will be automatically cancelled to keep your account secure.
