What happens if there’s any issues with my transfers?

Faster Payments usually clears in minutes but can take up to 24 hours to show in your account. If you’ve made a top up and it’s not showing in your account after 24 hours, please send us a message using our online banking messaging service, or give us a call on 0330 094 333, and our customer services team will be able to help trace the payments.
