What happens when I try to log in on a new device?

Here’s what to expect: 

  • Log in as normal using your username, password and one time password (OTP). 
  • If the device is new, we’ll ask you to approve the new login on your existing paired device. 
  • Once approved, we’ll walk you through setup on the new device (e.g. biometrics, notifications).
