What is a Custom Role?

A user with a Custom Role can be assigned specific permissions tailored to their responsibilities within a business. This provides more flexibility to choose the specific access they require, beyond our predefined roles. A Custom Role is also automatically assigned when a user has different permissions assigned on different accounts.
