What is a Custom Role?

A user with a Custom Role can be assigned specific permissions tailored to their responsibilities within a business. This provides more flexibility to choose the specific access they require, beyond our predefined roles such as Super User, Approver, Online Access, and View Only.

Custom Roles can only be created and managed by individuals with the necessary permissions, such as a Super User or a Custom User with ‘Manage users and permissions’ enabled.
