What is a Super User?

A Super User has full access to a business' accounts and all the available online banking permissions. The initial user (the individual who submits the account application) will be assigned the role of Super User by default.

All business customers should have at least one individual assigned as a Super User, who will then have the authority to delegate permissions to additional users, including adding more Super Users if required.
