What is an Approver?

An Approver can do everything an Online Access user can, plus approve payments that require authorisation. By default, the Approver role applies to all accounts the user has access to. You can choose which specific accounts an Approver can access of approve payments on. For example, you might want someone to approve payments on your main account but not on a secondary account.
