Why is my document image being rejected?

 
This could be happening for a few different reasons. Try some of the following tips 

• Make sure the document text and image are as clear as possible.  
• Make sure all of the document and its text are in the frame. 
• Make sure the image has no shadows or light on it, which can make it hard to read the text. 
• Take the photo at an angle that makes the text easy to read.  
• Turn off your camera flash.  
• Make sure your document hasn’t expired. 
• Make sure the document is not a copy, print out or screenshot, as opposed to the original document.
