Will Bill Pay create duplicate invoices in Xero?

Bill Pay is designed to work with Xero, but you should avoid uploading the same invoice into multiple tools unless that is part of your intended process.

If you already send invoices into Xero through Hubdoc, Dext or another workflow, you should check how Bill Pay fits into that process before changing your routine. Some customers using mature Xero/Hubdoc workflows raised duplication as a concern, especially where Xero is already their source of truth.
