Otherwise you should:
- Check that you’re using the correct link. The easiest way to do this is by clicking on the ‘login’ button found in the top-right hand corner of the Allica Website.
- Make sure you’re using the most up-to-date version of your internet browser. Alternatively, try using a different internet browser as our website is the most optimal on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Try deleting your cookies and clearing your cache, then restarting your internet browser. Alternatively please attempt to login using private or incognito mode
- If you have recently changed your phone number and cannot login to change this, please contact Customer Services.
